Launched on 3 June 2025, the Tata Harrier.ev marks a bold leap into the electrified future as India’s first mid‑size flagship EV with an all‑wheel‑drive setup . Based on the robust acti.ev Plus architecture, it’s available in two battery sizes—65 kWh and 75 kWh—with the larger pack delivering an astounding 627 km of MIDC‑claimed range and sprinting from 0–100 km/h in just 6.3 seconds in Boost Mode. The dual‑motor AWD variant produces 390 PS and a whopping 504 Nm torque, reviving Tata’s QWD legacy .

On the outside, the Harrier.ev boasts EV‑specific design tweaks: blanked‑off grille, connected LED DRLs and tail lamps with welcome‑farewell animations, 19‑inch aero‑wheel covers, and a sleek stealth edition in matte black . Inside, it blends luxury and tech with leatherette seats, a panoramic sunroof, a 14.5″ Neo QLED touchscreen, a 12.25″ digital cluster, and a digital driver display—all wrapped in a crisp grey‑white dual‑tone interior .

Tech features are segment-leading: Level‑2 ADAS with adaptive cruise control, lane‑keeping assist, off‑road terrain modes (Rock Crawl, Sand, Snow/Grass, Mud Ruts plus Custom), off‑road Creep Mode, summon and auto‑park functions, transparent bonnet with 540° camera view—all powered via over‑the‑air updates and Tata’s iRA connected services . The safety suite is equally comprehensive, featuring up to seven airbags, ESP, ABS‑EBD, 360° cameras, parking sensors, and electronic parking brake with auto‑hold.

EV convenience doesn’t stop there: fast charging up to 120 kW (20–80% in around 25 minutes), Vehicle‑to‑Load (V2L) and Vehicle‑to‑Vehicle (V2V) power transfer capabilities, and a practical 67‑litre frunk complement the 502‑litre boot. Offered in variants Adventure, Fearless, Empowered, and the striking Stealth Edition, pricing starts at ₹21.49 lakh (ex‑showroom) with bookings from 2 July 2025.

In sum, the Tata Harrier.ev delivers a powerhouse of performance, cutting‑edge tech, and SUV practicality—spearheading Tata’s electrification journey with style, substance, and uncompromised capability.
