The 83rd edition of Geneva International Motor Show will begin from March 7 to March 17, 2013 at PALEXPO. Upgrades for next year consist of even more area and a more contemporary structure. In impact, the development of Hall 6 will now provide some 260 participants to use 5,500 square meters of extra area. The area behind the main entry will be changed to impress new hall of 1,800 square meters. The organizers have also started out the competition for the development of the formal poster for 2013.

More than 700,000 guests from 5 major regions are expected for this Motor Show. For the 2013 version, there will be 5,500 square meters of extra exhibition area in Hall 6, which has been prolonged onto the esplanade place. This has been designed by the organizers in reaction to need from participants that has consistently surpassed the available place in previous years. Moreover, the major access hall has been reconfigured and will provide modern new emplacement of 1,800 square meters in the new Hall 3.
