The Tata Nexon has consistently been one of India’s highest-selling SUVs, known for its blend of style, comfort, and advanced features. Priced between Rs 8 lakh to Rs 15.60 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), it’s available in five main variants: Smart, Pure Plus, Creative, Creative Plus PS, and Fearless, with additional sub-variants offering further customization. The Nexon features a modern design with LED headlamps, connected LED tail lamps, dual 10.25-inch displays, and connected car technology. It also boasts premium features like wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, ventilated front seats, and a voice-activated sunroof available even in lower variants.
Under the hood, the Nexon offers two engine options: a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine delivering 120 PS and 170 Nm of torque, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine producing 115 PS and 260 Nm. Both engines come with various transmission options, including manual, AMT, and DCT, depending on the variant. The Nexon’s mileage ranges from 17.01 km/l to 24.08 km/l, depending on the engine and transmission.
Safety is a highlight, with the Nexon receiving a five-star Bharat NCAP crash test rating.
